Photographer sues Luis Miguel for beating

Luis Miguel was sued by a photographer who claims to have been beaten up by the Mexican singer's bodyguard.

According to TMZ, the incident happened when Tony Echeverría tried to take a photo of Luis Miguel on April 19, on the singer's birthday.

The amount claimed in damages was not revealed.
