Taekwondist María Espinoza wins silver at Pan American Games

Mexican  taekwondist María Espinoza won the silver medal at the Pan American Games in women's +67 kilos category.

María, champion in Rio de Janeiro 2007, could not defeat American Jacqueline Galloway.

"I wanted the gold medal but it was not possible, but I'm happy with my return to the Pan American Games, " Espinoza said.
