Femsa plans to have 500 gas stations in five years

Fomento Económico Mexicano (Femsa), owner of the convenience store chain Oxxo, announced that it plans to have 500 Oxxo gas stations in Mexico in the next five years.

Until June this year Femsa had 335 gas stations in 14 states, mainly in Monterrey and Saltillo but also in León, Aguascalientes, San Luis Potosí and Chihuahua, in which 5,000 employees work.
