Fire caused by illegal tapping in Puebla
The fire started at Km. 188 of the Puebla-Orizaba highway, near a town called Quecholac.
Petróleos Mexicanos said that fuel flow through the Minatitlán-Mexico duct was interrupted to control the fire. (Photo: @SSP_Puebla)
