Morelia defeats Cruz Azul 3-0

Monarcas Morelia are pretty aware that they have to fight to remain in the First Division and took advantage of the weaknesses of Cruz Azul to defeat it by a score of 3-0, in the first date of the Apertura Tournament of League 2015.

The visitors got the victory thanks to two goals by Paraguayan Pablo Velázquez (42 and 50) and one by Colombian Jefferson Cuero (35).

Monarcas ended one point over Chivas Guadalajara in the general ranking and also over Dorados Sinaloa, their rivals in the fight to avoid the relegation.
