New TV series about El Santo in the works

El Hijo del Santo,

the fighter's son, has learned new things about his father as a new TV series about his father's life is on the works.

The gladiator has watched hundreds of documentaries read newspapers and magazines, to develop the series that will be filmed by the THR3 Media Group in 2019.

said that a group of writers is in charge of writing the story, and that under no circumstances does he want the story to be a soap opera .

He is currently waiting for the release of the documentary “The man behind the mask” , scheduled for October 18. The documentary is directed by Gabriela Obregón and uses unpublished material, as well as interviews of people who knew him.
