Pemex mourned the decease of the victims of the new disease and asserted that it will continue implementing a comprehensive prevention model through its Health Services to minimize the spread of COVID-19 among its community.

It mentioned that among the preventive measures it has implemented are the use of thermal cameras so as to administer infection risks within its facilities; the control of the transportation and feeding of staff in its sea platforms as well as air transportation; the sanitizing of cargo vessels and helicopters used for its operations, in addition to the operation of technological equipment that ensures the health of the personnel on sea facilities.
