Mexico's Attorney General's Office (FGR) announced that during the investigation of an alleged electronic fraud, authorities searched 11 homes in León, in the state of Guanajuato, where they seized luxury vehicles, drugs, firearms, cash, and arrested 8 suspects.

The FGR explained that it seized 27 luxury cars, 7 motorcycles, as well as safe boxes containing cash.

The seized cars include brands such as Lamborghini, Ferrari, BMW, Mercedes Benz, and McLaren.

Authorities also found firearms, cartridges, computers, cellphones, and “several plastic bags with dried green herbs, a solid crystalline substance, and white powder.”

The Attorney General said that six men and two women were arrested at the location.

The assets seized and those arrested are under the custody of the Federal Public Prosecutor, specialized in investigating organized crime (SEIDO).
