After screening selected movies from September 7 to 13, indifferent movie theaters in Mexico, it was reported that about 65% of the attendees went to see the Mexican movies.
“ A ti te quería encontrar” , by Javier Colinas; “ Cuando los hijos regresan ”, Hugo Lara; “El habitante ”, Guillermo Amoedo, “ Hazlo como hombre ”, Nicolás López; “ La boda de Valentina ”, Marco Polo Constandse; “La leyenda del Charro Negro ”, Alberto Rodríguez; “ La región salvaje ”, Amat Escalante; and “Más sabe el diablo por viejo ”, José Bojórquez, “ Prometo no enamorarme ”, de Alejandro Sugich; “ Sueño en otro idioma ”, Ernesto Contreras, “ Ya veremos ”, Pedro Pablo Ibarra y los reestrenos clásicos: “Rojo amanecer” , Jorge Fons, “El lugar sin límites” , Arturo Ripstein, “Arráncame la vida” , Roberto Sneider, and “Dos tipos de cuidado” , Ismael Rodríguez, were some of the films screened.
"The Mexican audience is eager to have the opportunity to watch the classics , as well as contemporary films ," said Tabata Vilar , Director General of the National Chamber of the Cinematographic Industry ( Canacine ).

" was the most watched movie at the festival, as it was watched by 44,000 people.
