, won the gold medal with a new record in the Men's Individual Pursuit in the 400 meters test, in cycling track in the Centroamerican and Caribbean Games in Barranquilla 2018.

Prado

made it to the finish line in 4:22.256, 2 minutes less than in the previous record he had s et himself 4 years ago in Cali.

The Mexican cyclist reached a velocity of 54.908 kilometers per hour , setting a new Centroamerican record.

In second place came Juan Arango with 4:26.367 and in third place, Eduardo Estrada with 4:27.131, both from Colombia.
