If there is a band that stands out in the lineup of the third edition of the Pulso GNP festival it surely is Evanescence .
The band made up of Amy Lee , Tim McCord , Jen Majura , Troy McLawhorn , and Will Hunt is coming back to Mexico after their regrettable experience at Knotfest 2019 .
The event took place on November 30 at Deportivo Oceanía and had them as the main artists along with Slipknot . Due to the damages caused by attendees, both bands decided to cancel their performances due to the lack of security for them and their fans.

released a statement about the situation and promised its followers to come back to the Aztec land for another concert.

On December 4, 2019 , they released their new single “ The Chain ,” which was included in the famous Xbox videogame Gears 5 .

On January 22 , Evanescence posted a picture to announce they are already working on their sixth album.

On February 16 , they announced their return to Mexico as the main band of the Pulso GNP festival in Querétaro although they have not mentioned anything regarding a show in Mexico City.

The poster of the festival also highlights the only concert in Mexico of Los Fabulosos Cadillac s, 2MANDJS , Cold War Kids , and Enjambre .
The Citibanamex tickets presale will take place on February 17 and 18 , while general tickets sale begins on February 19 .

Pulso GNP
will take place next May 30 at Querétaro’s Old Airport.
The first edition of the event was in 2018 and featured artists like Zoé , MGMT , The Vaccines , and Café Tacvba .
