“El Grito” (The Cry), 1968:

This documentary, directed by Leobardo López Aretche, gathers images taken by students at the University Center for Cinematographic Studies (CUEC) of Mexico’s National Autonomous University (UNAM).

“Tlatelolco, Verano del 68” (Tlatelolco, Summer of ‘68), 2013:

This movie was directed by Carlos Bolado. It tells the story of Félix and Ana María, two young university students from different social classes who fall in love in the context of the Student Movement repression.

“Verano del 68,” 2018:

This series was launched last August on TV UNAM. It was also directed by Carlos Bolado and takes inspiration from the real events that led to the repression of the Student Movement by the government of Gustavo Díaz Ordaz.
