After the two strong earthquakes that hit central Italy late Wednesday, the Embassy of Mexico in that country has set up a hotline for emergencies.

The first quake carried a magnitude of 5.4, and the second one was at 6.1, and they struck about two hours apart, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

“The emergency phone is 339 435 3085 in Italy. From Mexico is 0039 339 435 3085”, tweeted the Mexican Embassy in Italy @EmbaMexIta.

Authorities have reported that only one person is slightly injured and several old buildings have collapsed.
