"Chicharito": Bayer Leverkusen's MVP

Mexican forward Javier "Chicharito" Hernández was recognized as the most valuable player of the Bayer Leverkusen during the current season in the Bundesliga.

"Chicharito" was able to score 17 times in 28 games with the Leverkusen, becoming a cornerstone for putting the team on the third place of the tournament and the UEFA Champions League.

The announcement was made on the Spanish-language Twitter account of the German team.  ‏@bayer04_es. "The most valuable player of the season: ¡@CH14_! Talent, charisma and 17 goals in 28 games in the @Bundesliga_EN," wrote the team.
