One killed and 25 injured in rollover in Veracruz

One person was killed and 25 more were injured when a passenger bus had a rollover in the highland area of Zongolica, in central Veracruz.

The bus was rented by members of the Light of the World Church in order to go to a meeting in Guadalajara.

The accident happened on the Zongolica-Orizaba federal highway, in the municipality of San Andrés Tenejapan, apparently when the bus presented a failure in its brake system.

The person killed was identified as 38-year-old Nazario Panzo Tehuintle, from Tzacuala, in the municipality of Tehuipango.

The other victims were taken to local hospitals and four of them are in serious condition.
