Mexican girl sold for sexual purposes on Facebook

A young girl was put for sale for sexual purposes on a Facebook group by an individual who identifies himself as "José Hernándes," causing a strong reaction on social networks.

The advert was published in the sales group "ANUMEX SALTILLO" with the following text: "This doll is for sale for a night of pleasure. Full service for $10,000 (around US$560). For further information call 8443483520." The advert presents a picture of the young girl, with a man wearing jeans behind her.

The Office of the Attorney General of the  state of Coahuila, through the Offices of the Attorney for Missing People and the Attorney for Children and Family began an investigation on the case in light of a possible human trafficking incident.

At the same time, the authorities want to find the girl in order to provide her with protection.

Also, members of social networking groups are mobilizing in order to find the person who posted the advert.

The person in question could get between 20 to 40 years in prison for the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.
