Lupillo Rivera suffers kidnap attempt in Puebla

Lupillo Rivera suffered a kidnap attempt after his show at Petlalcingo fair in Puebla on Saturday.

The Mexican signer left a restaurant in Petlalcingo, Puebla on Sunday at 2:00 a.m. on a truck, but he returned minutes later saying that someone had tried to kidnap him when he was on his way to Mexico City.

Even though he manged to escape, his driver and his manger were kidnapped. They were found in Acatlán de Osorio and a 25-year-old man was arrested. Apparently the kidnappers wanted to steal the money he received from his show.
