Ana de la Reguera to replace Kate in “Jane the Virgin”

Mexican actress Ana de la Reguera will replace Kate del Castillo in “Jane the Virgin”, an American satirical romantic comedy-drama television series.

On January 29 de la Reguera said on Twitter: "So happy to be part of cwjanethevirgin thank you @jaimecamil and @hereisgina for all your [❤️]".

De la Reguera will appear in three episodes on the second season of the show in the role of Paola, The Wrap reported.

De la Reguera has participated in HBO TV series such as Eastbound & Down and in 2014 she booked a role in Netflix "Narcos".

Del Castillo is under investigation for her presumed links with Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán, leader of the Sinaloa cartel.
