Another suspect arrested for disappearances in Tierra Blanca

The Ministry of the Interior (Segob) reported the arrest of another police officer presumably involved in the disappearance of five young men in the city of Tierra Blanca, Veracruz, more than two months ago.

Rubén Pérez Andrade was identified as an officer of the Department of Public Security in Veracruz, and became the eighth person arrested because of his involvement in the Tierra Blanca case.

Segob reported that the authorities are still investigating the case and they have met wth the relatives of the victims to report on their progress.
