Arrest warrant ratified against 'Menchito'

A unitary tribunal ratified the formal prison warrant against Rubén Oseguera González "El Menchito," the son of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, "El Mencho," leader of the Jalisco New Generation cartel.

Oseguera González is charged with the possession of military-grade weapons, possession of military-grade ammo, as well as firearms and organized crime.

The resolution of the Tribunal responds to a request by the Office of the Attorney General, after a judge in Toluca ordered 'El Menchito' to be released on June 30.
