SRE condemns attack against Mexican

The Mexican Government strongly condemned the attack against a compatriot in Boston, Massachusetts motivated by racial prejudice, in accordance with statements of the two aggressors. "Mexico strongly condemns this incident and asks that the contributions from the migrant community to the economy, society, values and culture of the United States are recognized," expressed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE). In a statement, the SRE indicated that the Consulate General of Mexico in Boston has established contact with the victim in the hospital where he is receiving treatment, in order to provide him with the needed protection and legal assistance. It stressed that it would continue to work very closely in the investigation of the attack.
