The relief coordinator of the local Red Cross, Moisés Santiago, reported that during the past three days they have treated 16 cases of nervous breakdown in young people who have played the "Charlie, Charlie" game.

Just on Friday they attended eight children with symptoms of hysteria attributed to the practice of this game, he said.

He asked parents to guide their children and help reduce this problem.

"We have been helping young people and children with nervous breakdowns, hysteria and convulsions. In all the cases the common link is that it has been a consequence of  this game," he said.

He called on parents and teachers to recommend children to avoid this game.

The "Charlie, Charlie" game allegedly invokes a spirit in order to question him about various topics.
