The Pulpa Amor Líquido restaurant in Mexico City will now offer its new Color Veggie Burgers ; vegan burgers that are dyed various colors!
These vegan burgers are made of ingredients such as chickpeas, quinoa, and almonds.
The colorful hamburger buns are dyed with activated carbon, beet, and spirulina, though it has an extra cost.
No artificial colorings are used on the buns, which are dyed with materials that are 100% natural.
You may also enjoy matcha-flavored green waffles, brown chocolate-flavored waffles, and activated carbon waffles , which are completely black.
The restaurant also offers smoothies, bowls, soups, juices, and sandwiches.
The multi-colored burgers will be available through July 31 at #46 Londres Street in Mexico City’s Juárez neighborhood .
