Salma Hayek calls on authorities to help victims of 'Earl'

Mexican actress Salma Hayek shared a video on Instagram asking the authorities of Puebla and Veracruz not abandon the victims of Tropical Storm “Earl.”

"Find compassion in your hearts to help them to get ahead," Salma asked the authorities in the video.
