About 2,500 people march on Paseo de la Reforma Avenue towards Mexico City's main square known as Zócalo.

Parents of the 43 missing students of Ayotzinapa, the National Union of Workers (UNT), teachers of the National Coordination of Education Workers (CNTE), the Mexican Union of Electricians (SME), the National Union of Agricultural Workers, students and other organizations participate in the protest.

At the Plaza de la Constitución they were joined by other protesters who demand better working conditions and a change in the economic and social policies of the current administration.

Mexico City's Public Security Ministry (SSP) calculated that 20,000 people gathered at the Zócalo.
