Strong winds knock down trees in Mexico City

The head of the firefighting squad of Mexico City, Raúl Esquivel, reported the fall of eight trees because of strong winds in the metropolitan area.

Esquivel reported on his Twitter account that the trees fell on the southern, and northern districts of Mexico City, with electrical cables sometimes falling along the trees.

So far, there are no reports of victims.
