The Attorney General of Mexico City reported that it has presented formal charges against César Omar Martínez, the third suspect in the killings of June 31 in the Narvarte neighborhood.
According to the authorities, Martínez has been accused of femicide, homicide and robbery.
The agency expressed in a statement that Martínez was linked to the case thanks to the work of experts and the declarations of the other suspects.
On July 31, photojournalist Rubén Espinosa was killed along Nadia Vera, Colombian Virginia Martín, activist Yesenia Quiroz and housemaid Alejandra Negrete.
