The 26 suspects were arrested for participating in blockades and setting vehicles and businesses on fire after María Eva Ortíz , ’s mother , was arrested.

The local prosecutor’s office said that five of these cases have been filed before a court ; two others have received an injunction because they are linked to other crimes; 7 minors weren’t imprisoned because of their age, and 12 suspects will face their trials outside prison; however, the investigation remains open.
