Federal forces arrive in Chilapa

Federal forces arrived in Chilapa as part of a security strategy implemented by the government of Guerrero to fight criminal gangs such as “Los Rojos” and “Los Ardillos”.

The announcement was made this morning by Xavier Olea, attorney general of the state.

In a radio interview with Adela Micha, Olea said that around 3,000 elements would be deployed in the area for one month.
