Oceanografía's ship "Caballo Maya" disappears

The ship "Caballo Maya", property of Oceanografía firm, has disappeared and its current location is unknown, Judge in the case Felipe Consuelo Soto informed.

The judge said that the disappearance puts at risk the reactivation process that is currently under way at the company, which was seized last year by the federal government.

The Judge added that this incident also threatens the company's future operations and the employment of thousands of workers.

Oceanografía swindled Banamex out of approximately US$500 million last year.
