A video recorded by the security cameras of a bus taking passengers over the Mexico-Queretaro presented a robbery and sexual abuse situation similar to one denounced a few days ago by the wife of a former lawmaker in Mexico.
The video was recorded by three security cameras last June 10, and shows two men violently knocking at the windows of the vehicle around 9:50 p.m., when the bus was running slowly on a section under repairs.
The driver tried to keep the men from entering the bus, but one of them shot at the window and opened the door himself. He enters with a second assailant and they proceed to rob the passengers.
Then he orders the men to go to the back of the bus and proceeds to check the women, beating and sexually abusing one of them.
The whole incident lasted for about eight minutes and it ended just because the robbers heard a siren, presumably just an ambulance. The video was presented by Mexican TV network Televisa.
Recently, Rosa Margarita Ortiz, wife of former lawmaker Adolfo Micalco, reported a similar aggression last June 8 at the hands of two armed robbers in the area of Tepotzotlán, State of Mexico.
