The President goes to Jalisco

We’ve been told that in two weeks, President López Obrador will resume his activities and travel throughout the country, including Jalisco . Nevertheless, the President will not host a public or private event with governor Enrique Alfaro , with whom he’s not friends with, especially after Alfaro said López Obrador was behind the violent protests in Guadalajara . All eyes are on Ríos Farjat

This week, Supreme Court minister Margarita Ríos Farjat must decide is she admits or dismissed the challenges against the militarization of public security . Although it’s been two weeks since the first constitutional controversy was filed against the decree, the decision must be made soon, and therefore, the minister must reveal her decision in the upcoming days. It’s known that so far, the lower chamber, Michoacán, and Colima requested the suspension of the decree. However, new challenged might be filed until next Monday. All eyes are on Ríos Farjat.
