from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM) created an instant soup made from chickpeas in order to offer a quick, affordable, and healthy alternative.
The soup has been named “ Ganu ” and it provides the necessary nutrients to be considered as a healthier option.

explained that “the project was born when I realized that many people around me, at school and in the street, consumed instant soups , Therefore, I focused on providing them with a new version that preserved practicality but without sacrificing the q uality of the ingredients .”
