Popocatépetl volcano spews 127 low-intensity exhalations

According to the report of the National Center for Disaster Prevention (Cenapred), the monitoring system of Popocatépetl volcano registered 127 low-intensity exhalations in the last 24 hours.

26 low-intensity explosions were also reported.

Incandescence over the crater was observed at night for some short periods of time.

This morning, continuos emissions of steam and gas were also observed.
