Two killed in crash over the México-Pachuca highway

A man and a woman were killed and seven more were injured in a multiple car crash over the Mexico-Pachuca highway.

According to police reports, the accident involved a bus property of the Buendía transport company, a trailer truck with a tanker attached and a medium-sized pickup truck, which crashed at 8:30 p.m.

The killed were on board the bus, which was on the way to Mexico City.

The injured were taken by the rescue services to a hospital in the municipality of Coacalco.

The vehicles involved in the accident are still on the road and all traffic to Mexico City has been blocked.

The causes of the accident have not been determined.
