The Department of Public Security of Mexico City (SSPDF) will strengthen the surveillance in the monitoring in the vicinity of the Bridge of La Concordia, where the hanging body of a young man was found yesterday.
Interviewed at the end of the installation of a Security Cabinet in the district of Coyoacán, the head of Public Security in Mexico City, Hiram de Almeida, expressed that the authorities are checking all the evidence, including recordings from surveillance cameras, so they can provide it to the Attorney General of Mexico City (PGJDF).
"We are joining all the data, not just the images ... We generated an analysis of the vehicles associated with the routes (in the area) and the destinations of all those who enter and leave," he said.
He added that the analysis will be done tomorrow at the latest.
The body of a young man in his twenties was found hanging from a bridge in the area of Iztapalapa, on the border between Mexico City and the State of Mexico, with two gunshot wounds to the head.
