The murderers of the photojournalist and four women used a potato peeler to cut the victims in different parts of the body before shooting them in the head.
The government of Colombia identified its citizen as Mile Virginia Martin through the victim's fingerprints. Mile was found dead along with photojournalist Rubén Espinosa and three other women in a Mexico City apartment.
