Amazon Prime Video has arrived in Mexico and includes a bonus feature: its service is priced well under Netflix.
As well as Netflix, Amazon will stream its originals, including auto show “The Grand Tour,” “Transparent” starring Jeffrey Tambor, the thriller “The Man in the High Castle” and drama “Mozart in the Jungle.”
In addition to Amazon Studios’ originals, movie titles licensed worldwide for Prime Video include “Jurassic Park,” “Pulp Fiction,” “Inglorious Bastards,” “The Mummy,” “Gone Girl,” “The Internship,” “Noah” and “Runner, Runner.”
TV shows include “Fear The Walking Dead,” “Mr. Robot,” “Preacher,” “Into the Badlands,” “Flesh and Bone,” “The Path,” “Hap and Leonard,” “Startup,” “Community,” “Justified,” “The Tudors,” “The Shield” and “Dawson’s Creek.”
In Mexico, Amazon Prime Video charges US$2.99 (63 pesos) a month for the first six months for video, and US$5.99 (122 pesos) a month afterward.
