The Ministry of Public Safety reported that it has identified the police officer who was seen bragging in a video that “stealing is an art form,” as well as the police officers he's seen scolding in the video for not knowing how to properly extort people.





The Ministry said that the traffic control officers seen in the video have since been let go of their duties and are now being investigated by the Ministry's internal affairs investigative unit.

A video was shared yesterday showing the police officer telling his subordinates “I'm more experienced than the rest of you and I do know how to rob people; well, it's not robbing, it's an art.”
