Mexico City held prisoner by raining

At least 12 of the 16 districts of Mexico City are facing rain, sometimes a raging storm, according to the Command, Control, Data, and Communications Center.

On Twitter, @Ciudad_segura, the agency reported a moderated precipitation in Benito Juárez and Tlalpan, as well as a strong one in Cuajimalpa and Magdalena Contreras.

In the meantime, Álvaro Obregón, Coyoacán, Cuauhtémoc, Iztacalco, Venustiano Carranza, Gustavo A. Madero, Miguel Hidalgo and Iztapalapa are facing a light rain.
