Salma Hayek backs Hillary Clinton for president

Mexican actress and producer Salma Hayek shared a photo on her Instagram account with Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, showing her support for the next U.S. presidential election.

“Spending time with Hillary Clinton, 'The Most Admired Woman in America,' according to Gallup. She has won this poll 18 times, and living in another country I can testify she is one of the most respected American women internationally, too.” Hayek captioned the photo.

Another Mexican artist who has recently expressed his support for Clinton is the guitarist Carlos Santana, who said he would like "to see a woman bring more compassion, equality; less fear and more inclusion."
