Youngsters set dog on fire in San Luis Potosí
According to the platform change.org, where a petition was launched to identify and punish the culprits, the incident happened in Santa Matilde.

A group of youngsters set a dog on fire in San Luis Potosí and posted the video on YouTube.
They also tied explosives to the body of the animal, that exploded while the dog ran desperately and the aggressors laughed at the situation.
According to the platform change.org, where a petition was launched to identify and punish the culprits, the incident happened in Santa Matilde, San Luis Potosí, on April 9.
So far 4,465 people have signed the petition, addressed to the government of San Luis Potosí. Authorities have said that they are investigating the case.
