Mexican singer Luis Miguel is losing hearing, according to Telemundo's TV show “Suelta la Sopa”, quoting a letter sent by his lawyers to a U.S. judge.
In the letter the lawyers explained that the singer could not attend a legal audience in New York because he is undergoing a treatment for tinnitus.
Tinnitus, a condition that makes people hear sounds when no external sound is present, can be caused by noise-induced hearing loss, Dr. Agustín Arrieta said to Telemundo.
