Las Aguilas America made it clear that the defeat in the hands of the Tigres UANL was only a temporary setback, and became reacquainted with victory when they defeated Monarcas Morelia 3-0, in a date nine game of the Apertura 2015 tournament.
The goals scored in the Morelos stadium, home of Monarcas, came from Colombian Andrés Andrade, 69 minutes into the game, as well as Oribe Peralta, on the 73 and 75.
With this result, America obtained 18 points while Morelia was left with 12.
