Telcel to reimburse 14,000 users affected by failure

Telcel will reimburse 14,000 users affected by a failure on January 26, 2013 in Mexico City, Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco) said.
The failure affected 60,000 users in Del Valle, Condesa, Narvarte and San Pedro de los Pinos neighborhoods.
On Twitter, Profeco informed that Telcel will pay damages for 300 million pesos (US$19.1 million) and invited affected users to join the class-action suit.
