The decision was revoked by the Supreme Court in November 2013. In 2015, a Guadalajara tribunal took legal actions against Caro Quintero and Ernesto Fonseca , aka “Don Neto,” for the kidnapping and homicide of agent “Kiki” Camarena and Mexican pilot Alfredo Zavala Avelar .

Authorities issued an arrest warrant against the criminal so they fulfill a 12-year prison sentence; meanwhile, “Don Neto” is under house arrest.
