The Cake & Bake Masters 2018 took place in Mexico Cit y last weekend, with many renown chocolatiers and chefs in attendance.
During the event, you could learn how to make recipes, hand in hand with international chefs such as Adriano Zumbo , José Ramón Castillo , Olivier Bajard , Paulina Abascal , Mark Rausch , and Bastien Blanc , among others.
One of the main attractions was the Awesome Museum , an exhibition of incredible cakes made by talented chefs.
