Mexico and US exchange fugitives as part of joint extradition effort

The U.S. government turned over two fugitives wanted in Chihuahua and Sonora, and Mexican authorities turned over three men wanted in Texas, Arizona and California.

The international extradition procedure was part of a joint effort between Mexico's Attorney General's Office and U.S. authorities.

The Mexican fugitives were turned over to Mexican authorities at the Good Neighbor International Bridge that connects El Paso, Texas with Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.
