Mexico president arrives in Havana to attend Fidel Castro's funeral

Peña Nieto is expected to give a five minute speech during the funeral service, where 15 heads of states from around the world are also expected to attend.

At around 6:15 pm local time, Mexico President Enrique Peña Nieto arrived at the José Marti International Airport in Havana, Cuba, where he is expected to attend the funeral of the historic leader of the Cuban revolution, Fidel Castro Ruz.

A ceremony will be held at 7:00 pm in the city's famous Revolution Square, where 15 heads of states from Latin America, Europe and Africa are expected to speak to the Cuban people.

Peña Nieto is expected to give a five minute speech during the funeral service.
