According to the report provided by the National Center for Disaster Prevention (Cenapred), the Popocatépetl volcano spewed 48 low-intensity exhalations.
Two explosions were also reported.
A continuous emission of steam and gas heading to the west was observed today morning.
Due to the cloudy conditions, there is no good visibility of the volcano.
